I am so excited to release my newest offering to my clients and followers: workout programming designed to fit your life! These monthly programs provide you with one hour(ish) workouts, 5 days a week with two location options to choose from - home workouts and gym workouts! Don’t have time to regularly meet with a trainer? No problem. Personal training too expensive? I got you covered. Working out from home or the gym has never been easier!
WHAT YOU GET:
Each of my six programming packages comes with four (4) weeks of upper body/lower body/core workouts spanning 5 days.
Your one-time purchase allows you to revisit the program anytime you want - it’s yours to keep!
Each program has three separate monthly volumes. I recommend everyone begin with volume one. After completion, you have the option to purchase volumes two and three.

HOME VS. GYM
Recognizing that not everyone has time for or access to a gym membership, I’ve designed two separate program catalogues to suit your needs.
The HOME WORKOUTS can be done literally anywhere and require minimal equipment.
The GYM WORKOUTS are designed with the use
of pieces of equipment found in most gyms.
BOTH programs contain the same amount of content: 60 minute workouts over a 5 day/week schedule for 4 weeks.

WHAT YOU NEED:
The GYM WORKOUTS require access to fitness equipment commonly found at gyms. Equipment varies from dumbbells to smith machine to cables.
The HOME WORKOUTS require the use of resistance bands and dumbbells, Most of the exercises are suitable for body weight only, but will be more effective with those two items.
